What is it? It's a website called Parent Access. It gives you and your children secure access to a copy of the school's central information system, so you can see complete information that is specific to your child's performance in class: grades, attendance, conduct, assignments, and homework.

Here at Gotha Middle School, we are embracing Parent Access and offering it to our community because we see its potential to bring teachers, parents, and students together in closer collaboration, making the demands of school life and continued study easier for the students - and you as a concerned parent!

Parent Access won't cost you a penny and it can make a huge and measurable impact on your child's success at school. It may be accessed right here by using any of the links on this page, or by typing in the address directly into your browser: http://parentaccess.ocps.net.

Parent Access protects privacy. Rest assured that Parent Access is a private website for our school. Only people inside the community are authorized to "enter" Parent Access.. Parent Access has taken stringent and rigorous precautions to ensure the safety and care of young children using a web-connected device. At no time will any personal information be requested, or any sensitive information exchanged, without the parent's express consent. This is guaranteed. (You will be given your own user name and password.)

If you don't have a computer at home, fear not. Parent Access is just as available to you as any other parent or family! You will be able to access Parent Access from your local district library or work as long as you have internet access. It's easier than you might think!
