At Gotha Middle School 6th grade is organized into teams of students and teachers. You will have the opportunity to get to know your teachers and classmates very well since you will all share a similar schedule. The team teachers are responsible for the teaching of language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, and a wheel class. Each team operates as its own "school within a school," developing rules, expectations, and rituals that are most appropriate for the students on the team, but still staying within the school-wide policies and guidelines. |
